The Vibe Disney movies classic (Fantasia, The Love Bug) to contemporary (Toy Story) come to life at this whimsical, 1,920-room resort. Framed still shots from vintage films flank the lobby, which houses a miniature theater and a food court. The main pool is towered over by Mickey as the Sorcerer’s Apprentice, complete with a five-story sorcerer’s hat, spell books, and brooms. Wander among icons like the 35-foot-tall Dalmatians, Woody and Buzz, and a supersize Herbie from The Love Bug.

Rooms The rooms are snug, and neutral walls are offset by star-spattered carpets, turquoise headboards, and bedspreads in a riot of colors depicting Disney film titles and art. Movie-themed borders, star-shaped lights, and a popcorn-bag sconce adorn the walls, and even the bathroom is brightened with film-strip tiles.

Plus Share amenities and activities with 24 neighboring in-park resorts. Complimentary shuttles to all Disney parks and the airport are provided. There’s a playground and an arcade on property.

Minus Rooms are small, with an extra charge for Internet access and mini-fridges; some have parking-lot views. No spa, but the concierge can arrange for services at neighboring on-property Disney resorts.
