HOW TO WIN: Entries of Texas Tall Tales will be judged by a panel of judges from Budget Travel staff, who will evaluate the entries based upon the following criteria: Creativity: 40% Using these criteria, the judges will assign a score to each entry and will select the entry with the highest score as the Grand Prize Winner. In the event of a tie between two possible winners, the judges will select as a winner the entrant with the highest score in the category of “Creativity.” The winning entry will be posted on September 5, 2008. In addition, three (3) winners will be randomly selected from all entrants that sign up. Each of the three, randomly selected winners, will receive an Apple iPod Touch, 8GB MP3 player (est. value $ 300). All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Chances of winning are determined by the number of valid entries. No substitutions, exchanges, refunds or compensation will be made for any reason, including cancellation of the sweepstakes. In the case that a winner cannot be contacted within one (1) business week of the contest drawing, an alternate will be declared the winner.
