Most rates are based on midweek airfare; weekend travel can raise the price. Extra nights are usually available.

Generally not included: service charges; security and visa costs; airline fuel charges; hotel, car-rental, and airport taxes.

Prices are per person, for two people sharing a room, unless otherwise noted. The single supplement ("SS") is the extra fee charged to solo travelers. "None" means there is no additional cost. Some companies pair singles with same-sex roommates when single supplements aren't available.

Research the hotel online to make sure it's acceptable. Upgrading to a better hotel is often an option.

We list prices from several airports ("gateways"), but we don't have room for them all. Operators may arrange flights from other cities, but may not have the best fares or routes.
